Registration Period and Fees

  • All participants are requested to register in the Conference. The abstract application is also recommended.
  • Advance registration at a special rate is available until Oct. 11(Wed), 2023.
  • All international participants should register through the online registration system.
  • The registration will be confirmed as “completed” after the full payment.

Registration in the Congress Includes

  • Admission to the welcome reception (Nov 2), all scientific programs including the jointly hosted 55th Annual Scientific Meeting of the Korean Society for Thoracic & Cardiovascular Surgery (KTCVS) and the Commercial Exhibition
  • Books of abstracts both of APELSO2023 and KTCVS 2023
  • Admission to all luncheon seminars

Cancellation Policy

  • Request for cancellation must be made in writing and sent it to the secretariat E-mail.
  • Refund will be processed within 1 month after the symposium is finished.
  • You can receive 100 % of the registration fee no later than September 30th, 2023.
  • You cannot receive the entire registration fee after Oct 1st, 2023.
